  Aid to bible understanding in PDF format

  does anyone have a pdf copy of the book "aid for bible understanding".

  i would like to get a copy for some personal research i have engaged in.

  i have the "insight books" online but that's not what i want to use.

  there was a statue outside the rhodes university.

  a 30 year old black student then threw his pooh on the statue and that got the ball rolling to pull the statue down.

  the board of this university built also gives out burseries and grants to previously disadvantaged black south africans and not disadvantaged black south africans.. there has been a huge debate in the country and now the statue has been removed.

  Mentioning race isn't necessarily a bad thing but it's pretty clear from your posting history here that you are racist. You've made a lot of posts in the past that boil down to "black people took my jobs"

  Saying you're mixed is the equivalent of saying "I've got a black friend so it's ok to say racist things."

  No there is no native Mac OS version. However some people have written a Wine wrapper so you can use it. It's a bit buggy and your mileage may definitely vary.

  we all know how the witnesses love to brag about being "prepared by jehovah" to cope with disasters etc.... and to have an emergency kit!.

  its all been done before....and not through "guidance by jehovah"!.

  The 50 Ways to Be Disfellowshipped

  i was wondering ... what are all of the "official" reasons provided by elders for disfellowshipping someone?

  i know the most common reasons are adultery and fornication, but what about the others?

  a couple of years ago i traveled back to my hometown` and one of my old jw acquaintances told me that her grown son had been disfellowshipped for refusing to stop associating with another disfellowshipped person.

  Very interesting that Child Sexual Abuse is listed as brazen/loose conduct and not porneia. Sort of explains why it's not taken seriously enough

  HBO Scientology Documentary

  has anyone else seen the hbo scientology documentary 'going clear' - wow...cults are just mind-blowing you wonder how people can fall for that garbage, then you (those of us former/fading jws) look in the mirror.. i would love for someone to make a major jw documentary like this.

  'going clear' is getting a lot of press.

  poor tom cruise...he looks like quite the whack job in it too.

  Yeah this was great and I had no idea about some of the things in this movie. Everyone needs to watch this. So many things are very similar to what WTS does. I wonder what would happen if some of the top leadership left the WTS now during the information age where it would be much easier for people to hear their story.
